I totally made jam from my lovely home grown apricots. It really was a very wonderful feeling to think that I, mama bear, was putting away snacks for the winter.... if we can stretch it out that far ;) I still can't believe how many apricots our tree produces and it's even sort of sickly, but produce it still does and we are so SO grateful.
